Holiday clubs

Looking for some outdoor fun in the summer holidays?

We run school holiday activities based on the Forest School ethos across two locations in Dorset. Our drop-off sessions aim to immerse children in nature and encourage them to explore and engage with their natural surroundings, whilst learning new skills in a safe environment.

Our outdoor sessions provide children with the opportunity to gain social skills by interacting, collaborating and negotiating with others, as well as making new friends.

Activities include bushcraft, den building, foraging, campfire cooking, wild arts and craft activities, treasure hunts and much more.

Frequently asked questions

What shall I bring?

You will need a bottle of water, a (healthy) snack and suitable outdoor clothing (layers might be a good idea, depending on the weather).

Complete waterproofs (waterproof coats, trousers and shoes/comfortable wellies) if it looks like it might rain and a hat when it’s sunny. Please apply suncream before you join us!

How many children are in a group?

We have a maximum of 12 children per group, which will be led by two qualified practitioners. This will ensure the safety of your children as well as giving each individual child the chance to grow in confidence and independence.

Can I stay with my child?

Our holiday clubs are drop-off sessions. If you want to go for a walk whilst your child is starting their adventure, there are plenty of walks you can explore.
